1. FOUR BIN
FEEDER :
Four-bin feeder is having four bins
as named. It is made from 5 mm plate
and the main structure is made from
ISMC 150 X 75. Each bin is driven
individually by 2 HP A.C. motor and
the flow of material is controlled
by control gate. The belt width is
450 mm and is driven by shaft
mounted gearbox and 'V' belt. Below
the bin conveyor there is gathering
conveyor will discharged the
material to charging conveyor. The
gathering conveyor is driven by 3 HP
A.C. motor. The belt width is 600
mm.
2. CHARGING
CONVEYOR :
The main structure is made from ISMC
125 X 65. The belt width is 500 mm
and is driven by 5 H.P. A.C. Motor.
The drum shaft is driven by shaft
mounted gearbox and 'V' belt.
3. MIXING
UNIT :
The mixing unit is drum type as in
the case of drum mix plant. The
diameter of the drum is 1.3 mts. At
the outlet of this drum there is
discharge chamber, which collects
the material, and discharges it to
the dumper placed bellow the
discharge chamber.
4.
WATER PUMPING STATION :
Water pumping station consists of 2"
water pump. It is placed beside the
water tank (Water tank not in scope
of supply)
